About Shipping

To Canadian customers:
Shipping to Canada will resume on November 14th.

To American customers:
Following the abolition of the de minimis (duty-free purchases under $800) system on August 29th, Japan Post has temporarily suspended the acceptance of commercial packages bound for the United States since August 27th. This is because Japan Post has not yet established a method for collecting customs duties and is no longer able to operate deliveries. As a result, our store is temporarily restricting purchases from American customers.
In addition, since the FedEx discount period has ended, shipping via FedEx has become more expensive, so we have currently suspended shipping via FedEx.

Currently, we only ship via Japan Post.
Standard shipping does not include tracking or insurance.
If you require tracking or insurance, please select a shipping method with tracking and insurance options.
In addition, depending on the country, shipping may only be available with tracking and insurance.
