Notice of Shipping Rate Revision to All Countries and Resumption of Small Packet Service for US, Canada, UK, France, and Germany

Effective October 1, 2023, Japan Post's international postage rates will increase.
In accordance with this change in postage rates, we will also change the rates for parcels shipped by Japan Post.
In addition, Japan Post's Small Packet service for US, Canada, UK, France, and Germany has been resumed.
We will accept Small Packet shipments.
There will be no change in shipping fees for FedEx.

We ship by Japan Post Small Packet and FedEx.
FedEx offers a "FedEx Combine 2 Order" service that allows you to combine two orders.
Small packets cannot be combined.

✳︎About "FedEx Combine 2 Order
Please select "⚪︎⚪︎ FedEx Combine 2 Order ⚪︎⚪︎⚪︎⚪︎" when you place your first order.
Within 24 hours, we will issue a free shipping coupon that can be used for the second order.
Your first order will be held in our store until your second or subsequent orders.
You will need to use the free coupon on your second and subsequent orders.
If you change your mind and want to ship your order the first time, please email us.
In that case, the free shipping coupon will be invalid.

✳︎Japan Post Small Packet is without tracking and insurance.
We can add tracking and guarantee (up to 6000 yen) for +500 yen.
Please select this option at checkout.

✳︎Regarding additional orders before shipping
If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to place additional orders, please contact me.If the package is not completed perfectly (if it is completely packed, we may refuse your request).
Only one additional order will be accepted.
In that case, we will issue a free shipping coupon and combine the orders.

EU and UK residents may be subject to VAT and fees; Canada may be subject to HST or GST and fees.

EU and UK customers have the right to withdraw their purchase.
Return arrangements based on the right of withdrawal
Please contact us within 14 days including the day you received it. This right cannot be exercised thereafter.
If you have not opened or used the product, please contact me before returning it. Items cannot be returned after opening and use.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date you provide proof of return shipping (post office or courier receipt) or from the time I receive the item.
Your refund will be for the item price, shipping, and VAT you paid through Etsy.
Customs duties and customs fees paid for customs clearance will not be refunded.
